The project that was started in November 2007 comprises of 456 apartments on a site of 8,760 square metres at No 88 Lang Ha, Hanoi. Floor 1-2 of Tower A have been reserved for service area, Floor 3-11 for office leasing, Floor 12-31 for high class apartments. Floor 1-3 of Tower B are for service area and other floors include 2-3 bedroom high class apartments with an area of 101-172 sqm each.

Hanotex Investment and Development Ltd Co and managed by France's Coteba ha made investment in the project. Delta Civil Construction and Industry Co. is the contractor while CB Richard Ellis (Vietnam) Ltd Co is the marketing agent for the project.

Earlier, Hanotex and some banks namely Bidv, Techcombank and Maritime Bank had signed a credit contract to support apartment buyers at Sky City Towers. Under it, customers can borrow up to 70 percent of apartment value with flexible lending rate in 10-15 years. Hanotex committed to finance the customers 6 percent pa in first nine months of buying contracts signed before July 31. Apartment buyers must deposit $5,000 and pay for apartments in six phases according to the construction progress. The project will be finished by Q2 of 2010.
