Accordingly, Vietnam will invest in NKP fertiliser production factory, rice processing factory for export, sugar refinery, Ethanol plant and electricity plant in Cambodia.

In addition, Cambodia's permanent deputy prime minister, Men Sam An and leader of nine ministries and departments of Cambodian government also pledged to provide information on policy mechanism and regulations related to foreign investment.

Signed contracts include a contract to hand-over and transfer the PIB ownership to IDCC (transfer into Bank for Investment and Development of Cambodia-Bidc), a supporting framework agreement and cooperation between Bank for Investment and Development of Vientam (Bidv) and Bidc, contracts to set up joint venture companies, joint stock companies, contract in principle to establish joint venture company between IDCC, Sokimex and Nam Sao (five star) international group to set up Cambodia-Nam Sao International Joint Stock Co, a contract in principle between Vinafood 2, IDCC and Green Trade Co to establish Cambodia-Vietnam Food and Foodstuff Processing Joint Stock Co, a in principle contract between Vietnam and Singapore to invest 100 percent capital for building an Ethanol plant, sugar refinery and power plant, a contract in principle to set up a joint stock company between Vietnam's Tran Thai Ltd Co and Cambodia's Gold Foison A/C Imp Exp& Construction Co on MDF plank factory project.

Additionally, the two partners also signed contracts to support capital such as a credit contract of Bidc for Viettel Cambodia Ltd Co, credit contract of Bidc for sugar refinery projects, Ethanol plant and power plants of Kamadhenu Joint Venture Co, a credit contract between Bidc for MDF plank factory project of Cambodia's Gold Foison A/C Imp Exp& Construction Co, a contract in principle to provide capital for a project of growing 10,000 hectares of forest of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Manggiang K Co, in principle contract to support capital for a project of growing rubber of C T Real Estate Investment Co, Bidc's a contract in principle to arrange capital for fertiliser production factory of Nam Sao Cambodia International Joint Stock Co.
