Foreigners not meeting working requirements in Vietnam will be expelled

Minister of Labour, Invalid and Social Affairs Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan has signed Official Letter No 3353/LDTBXH-VL to enhance the management of foreign workers in Vietnam.
Accordingly, people's committees of provinces and cities were ordered to cooperate with relevant agencies to guide and popularise the Vietnamese regulations relating directly to foreigners working in Vietnam pursuant to the prime minister's direction.
The authorities must enhance supervision over recruitment, labour license granting to foreigners, especially foreign contractors using foreign workers in localities.
As for foreign workers who do not meet labour requirements in Vietnam, they will be forced to leave or expelled out of Vietnam under current laws.

Good and is about time too! There are 30% of Vietnamese has no job with degrees and professional qualifications. Foreign companies based Vietnam should in invest more in training the local work forces. Is it not everywhere else in the world?
