This event was considered an extremely important milestone in investment and trade promotion process in Vietnam, in general and in central region, in particular.

With total amount of 2,000 projects and investment capital of up to $21 billion, Taiwan has remained at the leading position among the list of countries and territories making investment in Vietnam in the past few years. Da Nang City, with six industrial zones and one in-progress high-tech complex with an area of over 1,200 hectares, has become the convenient investment environment, an attractive destination for dynamic and potential Taiwanese investors. Each year, there are over 350,000 Taiwanese people to visit Da Nang City with various purposes.

There will be weekly flights on Wednesday and Saturday between Da Nang City and Taiwan, making great contribution to the country's tourism industry in the future.
