Ces cinq dernières an-nées, les conditions de vie des habitants des ethnies minoritaires de la ville de Cân Tho (delta du Mékong) n'ont cessé de s'améliorer. En 2010, le taux de pauvreté chez les Khmers a diminué de 9% par rapport à l'année 2006.
