Vietnam's rice deals exceed target of 6 million tonnes

Food traders have so far signed contracts to ship 6.2 million tonnes of rice for this year, higher than the year's target of six million tonnes, so the Vietnam Food Association (VFA) is awaiting the government's nod to revise up the target.

Thailand wants cooperation on rice with Vietnam
